The waves moved towards him, yet he could not see them clearly in the dark.His heart was not at the shore, somewhere else. He looked on to his watch-it was 10.30 PM. He looked into the waves. A girl was burning in the woods. The funeral was over and everybody else was leaving the place. One of them turned towards the burning woods. He could really feel her calling him. He ran towards it and burned himself.
Suddenly,he felt somebody was looking at him. The waves turned blank and he turned to his right. He could see Seetha there. She was in his favourite blue Salwar. He looked at his watch-10.50, it showed. He asked her in the gentlest tone possible, "What are you doing here at late night?" Her answer surprised him- "I came to see you." He remained silent. She continued, "How was the movie?" He answered, "Great! Pure director's stuff. The climax was wonderful, still running in my mind."
She sat down beside him. The shore had none other than these two. She asked him, "What happenned to your dream girl?" "I have not yet met one" "Well, why do you speak with some sort of ignorance, have you forgotten the past?" He laughed and slowly covered his eyes with his hands, "Well what does this imply?" "Nothing" The moon slowly washed away the darkness. It started ruling the sky. Its reflection in the waters was wondeful to look at. In the presence of such bright light, he could see his own reflection in the waters. Her image was beside his'. He looked on his watch-11.15. He continued,"
