Satisfaction Fails

Many a person has fallen due to satisfaction;

Many think that satisfaction is success,

it isn't.

Satisfaction is when one weds one they truly do not love;

Satisfaction is when one accepts a job simply because it pays well;

Satisfaction is when one is given enough to get by;

Satisfaction is when one accepts freedom,

but surrenders respect.

Satisfaction is a plank one can jump down to

while climbing up the ladder of dreams.

We can accept satisfaction, but only for awhile,

So we can regain our strength and continue,

and reach our dreams.
