basic rhyme scheme with alternating meters, if i remember correctly
I stop’d to stare at love Divine
Among the fields, within my mind
winged chills down my spine
He smiles; I draw nigh to find
(Forever shall the sight malign)
He; heaven; hell; all intertwined

His smile; me, with warmth, it fills
And pouring fourth from him words sweet
Fair hands experienced with skills
No mortal would wish to compete
The violent eyes of one who kills
Evaluating me like meat.

I aiméd high, but fell so low
And receiv’d men – I soon was scarred
It took not long for me to know
This is not love, but lust canard
He chased me as I ran to go
I fell, but the land was not hard

I tumbled down from high above
He caught me then, this God unknown-
Held me ever since. He, my love,
And keeper my heart he does own
We speak words we alone know of
Now, I shall never be alone.
