Life then drugs and death
Chasing dragons, devilish and deceitful,
across silver sky's, by black clouds defaced.
Ceaseless calling, an endless pull, debased.
Blind, lunging through lonely crowds,
a skeletal figure of a shade long past.
Like vacant seashells on lonesome beaches,
is the ravaged back alley of my life.
Pain upon pain, so close to the knife.
To die would be a carnal bliss.
With razors sharp, on the edge, and a kiss.
The blade dances deep-list-
into flesh vital, a saturnine blessing.
As I feel blood welling against blade
my mind dances across marble floors-bade.
Love and gentle caresses pouring forth,
across alabaster fields, red rivers seep.
Finally fear and pain find end,
no more voices, a god is buried-asend.
My mind finally finds ethereal sleep
and descends below the oceans deep.
