... a Writer. Could this be the QUANTUM mechanics of writing?!?
God to Scientist Who Should Have Been a Writer
(05/05/2004)

OBJECTIVE:
My single objective,
my only directive,
is to attain, in this domain,
a deeper understanding of
that entity we cannot see,
the super-hero, shining spirit,
everything-to-everyone
who's known to some
as God.

HYPOTHESIS:
Herein, my hypothesis
says emphasis should not be placed
on Genesis,
but rather placed
on understanding these,
the fundamental building blocks
of God -- the keys
with which we write our dissertations,
grocery lists, and computations,
sequenced hieroglyphics that to some
are so explicit that they need
just twenty-six --
although with UPPER/lower case,
there's fifty-two to set the pace,
a bag of tricks from which to choose
which case to LOUDLY state your views
or list experiments in queue...

EXPERIMENT:
Begin with God and recognize
the building blocks within comprise
a set of three,
the letters G - o - d, a trinity.
In words of math,
this makes a set
we algebraically present
as an equality,
where God = {G,o,d}
is all you need.

These elements can be arranged
in sequence -- out of order strange --
providing clues on vast relations,
two and three, in combination,
paving roads to revelations...

My results are shown below
in Table 1, where I shall go
to look for meanings, deeper insights,
and the answers that I seek.

Table 1. Permutations Formed
From Two or Three of {G,o,d}

GG dd GGo ood ddG God
Go dG GGd oGo ddo Gdo
Gd do oGG odo dod oGd
oo GGG dGG Goo dGd dGo
oG GoG ooo doo Gdd odG
od GdG ooG ddd odd doG

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:
In this group of thirty-six
unique constructions, there exist
just seven* words defined within
the realm of Webster's mind:

Go, do,
doG, doo,
GoG, Goo,
odd.

The remaining sequence groups --
twenty-eight of those produced --
were unexplained, devoid of meaning,
without qualities redeeming.

Seeing such results at hand --
and so much worse than something bland,
it seemed that even God was saying
my hypothesis
was better canned...

CONCLUSION:
Having made this shameful mess,
I look again and now suggest
I have no clue,
but when I think I do,
it's mostly poo...

*God has been excluded, so this study, deeply rooted in a quest for understanding of this being, all-commanding, will not box itself into a paradox.
