Dark Mistress of Pain

She has this power over me
I long to know her name
the only one who comes to me,
my dark mistress of pain.

I hate her but she's all I have,
I weep when she's away,
my cryings done, and so am I.
Forever stuck this way.

And when the loneliness is here,
another i'd prefer,
but in the end it's all I have,
She drags me down to her.

she's buried down inside of me,
and eating out my heart,
she's seeping through my arteries,
of me she's now a part.

She numbs me cold, I cannot feel
she's deep inside my brain,
she'll kill me soon, of that I'm sure,
my dark mistress of pain.
