Heart?

How can my heart be broken
A time and time again
Yet still upon my sleeve be worn
To chance a break again

How can my Life be shattered
With malice cast aside
Yet Hope still Spring Eternal
From somewhere deep inside

No, I cannot forsake Love
To live in dismal gloom
With this eternal darkness
My soul an empty room!

So, I will wear it proudly
Upon my sleeve it rests
A symbol to Eternity
That I will seek and quest!
