The Mission

In the quiet stealth of darkness
Through the waist high grass they came
Sneaking up upon their victim
Being silent was their game

They had trained for this for hours
Long nights spent in sweat and grit
This was something one must plan for
Took some strength and brawn and wit

Four stout men of various courage
They knew they lived upon the edge
If they didn't complete this mission
Their reputations would be dead

So they picked out the sole victim
Came quietly round, the time was now
Each man quickly took his station
And with gusto.............
