About the realization of true feelings for a friend.
I never before noticed
The breathless darkness of your eyes,
So sensitive, yet silent.
I simply can't look away.
The direction of my heart
Is yet unknown to me,
For I never saw it coming
And I know not how to react
When you speak to me
With your voice full of love
That caught my soul unaware.
Can I be blind to my own heart?
You have sparked something within me,
A feeling I have not known.
With the sweetness of your heart
Your beauty has shone upon me
And I will never forget.
