Eight line poem

Prompt: The witness

I saw him. I did, I know.
Can you describe him, sir?
I think he was tall, but he was crouched down low,
And his face was hidden behind his long hair.

Long hair you say? Are you sure it was a man?
I’m pretty sure, well, as much as I can.
Was he large, small, fat or thin?
Hard to say in that animal skin.
