Help

HELP

A word is synonymous with someone in distress and in dire need of assistance!

At one time or another most people have needed a helping hand. Someone who could throw them a life line to give them the support they need. The Help usually comes from friends and family.

The Beatles penned a song entitled "Help" and I looked up some of the versus in the song and fond them very poignant and meaningful.

"Help, I need somebody
Help, not just anybody
Help you know I need someone
Help
When I was younger so much younger than today
I never needed anybody's help in anyway
But now those days are gone I'm not so self-assured
Now I've found I changed my mind and opened up the door"

The words say so much about the way we mature. In our youth we think we can stand alone; that we are masters of our universe and all that surrounds us. We can handle whatever life throws at us!

Then the bomb drops and your universe is obliterated. You look around and see ruble and ruin and wonder how you can pick up the pieces and move on?

All you need to do is knock and the door will open, ask Jesus and your friends and family for help. You never knew HE was there, until that moment in time when you needed HELP!
