"Enigmatic Dream-Scape" A journey through a purple-misted forest, an awakening of spirit on a dream path paved with gem stones, a myriad of color fragments and vibrating tones creating a shimmering kaleidoscope. Mystic music surrounds the sleeper to ease and enlighten a questioning soul. Dreamer surfs sandy dunes and rides a camel on ocean waves, sky dives over fields of crayons; a magical garden of pleasing hues growing at the feet of easels, and plays baseball on tennis courts cheered on by weeping willows and laughing widows. Sleeper skates across window panes bruised by pouring purple rain. Parades pass by with wee people donned in giant buffalo robes and crowned with honey cones and swarming bees. Nearby clotheslines hang Dali's melting clocks. Mona Lisa continues to guide museum tours in the Grand Canyon. Chess players move giraffes and zebras across a Monopoly board. While knights and rooks pay rent on Boardwalk. Dancing feet tap on aligning planets stirring up purple stardust. Choirs of constellations whisper solar secrets to tunes of Woodstock. Dreamer startles awake at midnight's high noon hour. No more rides on turtle backs. The enigma is gone. All has become clear now. Maybe. 23 line count |
