Here, i listed 3 main problems at the Christian church |
The problematic of Christianity being "just a relationship with God, I don't even go to church", and the problematic of fake conservative orthodox people larping There has been a rising community of street preachers calling Christianity just being a relationship with God (true), but however, then go about saying you don't need church, and you only need God, the that breaks the whole point Jesus redeeming us. Jesus came to redeem the world at his second coming and told us to construct churches and make earth more like heaven while waiting for his second coming. Problem is, God told us to make the church to literally build more of a relationship with him, so saying you don't need church is like saying you don't need to pray. Theres is a huge amount of "conservative orthodox" teenagers, who in most cases, don't attend orthodox churches, and in some cases, no church at all, they identify themselves as Orthodox because it is seen as traditional to them. I actually believe is a problem because it will separate the church in future years if people keep doing as such. The last problem I will mention here is the saying "I don't believe churches should have different denominations", though this saying is half true, it is also important to sometimes, rarely divide churches for heterodox issues like the Filioque or the true presence. Churches should limit separation as much as possible, but separation is still important towards important doctrines. |
