The Quran has a hard time depicting if the gospel is from the Bible or the Quran
The confusion of the Gospel in Islam

The Quran is very unclear on what the gospel is; here is a few verses:

Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:46)
"And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous."

Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:47)
"And let the People of the Gospel judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the defiantly disobedient."

Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:66)
"And if only they had upheld the Torah, the Gospel, and what had been revealed to them from their Lord, they would have consumed [provision] from above them and from beneath their feet..."

Tho the Quran mentions the Gospel (Injeel), it is unclear whether it is talking about the Gospel of the bible or the Quran, considering how much confusion there is between the Quran and the Bible, you would assume it would be clarified, that either the Quranic Gospel would have a different name, or the Christian gospel to have a different name, or, just straight up mention what Gospel it is mentioning, but it fails at doing so. This confusion could lead to the grave mistake of
Asserting          the Bible is true, therefore contradicting the Quran
The          Quran giving itself a self-certifying strategy by proving itself...          by itself?

Either way, this is not a good look for the Quran. You would also assume Allah not to let his original Gospel not get "corrupted", as many Muslim scholars say, with little to no evidence.
Furthermore, the Quran does not hold any historical evidence of itself, basing it on blind faith rather than research and proof. Imagine how hard the Muslim Scholars would freak out if the Bible had no proof of any events in history, we would be absolutely be classified as insane by them.
