God Saves Noah

Scripture: Gen. 6-8, 1 Peter 3

Scripture Verse: “We are looking forward to a new Heaven and a new Earth. 2 Peter 3:13.

God’s Attribute: Holy. Faithful. God always does what He promises.

Main Truth: God’s plan is to stop evil.

Story: “God Is listening, God Is listening, to each word I say, God will hear me, God will hear me, each time I pray. Our hands we fold, our heads we bow, so we can talk to God right now. Thank you, God, for bringing Cain and Abel and Seth…”name each child “here today. Thank you, God, for Your holy book, the Bible. Amen.” Hold up the Bible. “Does anybody know what book this is? This book is the Bible. The Bible is God’s word and it’s the truth. ‘The Bible is true, the Bible is true, and everything the Bible says, the Bible is true.’

“The world was full of evil—hurting and meanness.”

”God told Noah to build a big boat.” Show picture of Noah.

Noah loved and obeyed God. Noah built a big boat.” Pull out ark.

“Noah’s family and animals went inside the big boat.”

”Then God sent lots of rain to take away the hurting and meanness.”

”One day Jesus will come again and make all the hurting and meanness go away forever.” Show picture of Jesus.

”God’s plan plan is to stop evil.”
