Man gets a letter and it asks if he wants to take over his uncle's company.
My future plans just went straight out the window. I wished I had not taken that damn phone call. I hated Lawyers, well, some of them. Turning on the desk lamp I reread the papers and the question standing out upon them. Why would anyone want me for anything? Was I really ready to take charge of my Uncle's business?

I remember the last time I saw him in that suit of armor as he brandished the sword, claiming to be a knight of the round table. I also remember the tears in my Aunt's eyes as she gave him one last kiss goodbye as they took him away. I would try to do him proud. I signed the papers, and set back, now CEO of Eldred Inc.

Even though it was still early in the morning and still dark outside, I needed coffee. After making some, I returned to the room I used as my office. In reality, it is barely larger than my Bathroom. But it served my purpose as such. I turned on my computer and searched out Eldred Inc. Honestly I had no clue as to what my Uncle's business was. He never did talk much about it to anyone, even my Aunt. All I knew is that he founded the company as a young man and built it up into an empire.

The website looked familiar to me and as I got more into it I realised most of it I had made. My Uncle had stolen it and used it for his own purpose. I now wondered how legai his empire is and to what extent I would be liable as the new CEO. I needed to have a heart to heart talk with Aunt Janet as soon as possible. Maybe even this morning and also that damned lawyer, Mr Fricks. First thing before all that happened I had to mapquest the address.

As I read the bio about the company, it did not say much about what they really did. It is a multi dimensional business. Well, that did not tell me squat. I guess I would find out when I walked through the main doors. Did anyone at the company know what happened to my Uncle? What would I say to them? He went nuts. Maybe Mr. Fricks had an answer. Lawyers always seemed to have one for everything.

I wondered what the CEO is expected to wear for the Office. In the past few years the only time I wore a suit or even a tie was at funerals or weddings.
