I'm not perfect. You're not perfect. The world isn't perfect.
In loud spaces, there are quiet corners of life,
where perfection shimmers like a distant star,
always just out of reach.

In the cracks, many stories unfold—
flaws become badges of honor,
adventures filled with hope, laughter, and loss,
scars treasured as rewards.

Perhaps it’s a mismatched sock,
a crooked smile,
or a stained shirt
even a fancy patterned shirt,
these imperfect moments bring joy.

Nature, too, has it's imperfections
crooked trees standing tall,
or asymmetrical leaves drifting down,
each hue is beautiful,
or a boulder in a pond,
perhaps it's moss decorating the earth.

You're imperfect,
I'm imperfect,
Nature is imperfect,
The world is imperfect.

Perhaps the imperfect is perfect.
