Keep smiling, don't try to find out! (Winner, Cramp)
Is the moon the bride of the sun?
Are all apples red?
Does mother bird teach chick to sing?
Why does a chimp scratch his head?

Does a caterpillar know one day it'll fly?
Does the river know it'll join the sea?
Does the mountain realise its own height?
Does the seed know it'll be a tree?

Does the wind know it carries the eagle?
Does the giraffe know he's tall?
Do the leaves know they won't be green
but multi-coloured in the Fall?

Does Spring know she'll give way
To Summer, and turn quite hot
Do they all know what follows
In Winter, will it snow a lot?

Does the cloud understand it has burst
And given us some rain?
Does the rainbow know its own beauty
And how we want to see it again?

Nature's mysteries are all delightful
It's up to us to enjoy them
We can cherish the planet we're given
And bask in questions, not reply to them!
