How hard was it oh God

To say goodbye to your son

So he could come to earth since he was with you before time eternal?

How hard was it oh God, knowing he was coming to die for us, to see him spat upon, to be denied by the very people he came to save?

How hard was it oh God to watch Him being beaten, to shed his blood for an ungrateful people?

How hard was it our Father, to turn your back on your son while he bore the sins for the whole of humanity because he loved us so much?

How you must love us oh God

To watch your son suffer for us, and how wonderful it must have been

to welcome Him back into your arms when he returned to heaven.

Lord hear our heart of worship to Jesus and our love for Him.

May the Lord Jesus be glorified in earth as He is in heaven.

Thank you Lord Jesus

For coming to earth for us and thank you Lord God

For sending him back to save his children. We wait.
