Thunderclouds covering the sky
Raindrops coming down
As they make shapes in the lake

Pressure increasing and eventually releasing
Those drops of water as the dam starts to break

A droplet meandering slowly over the hill
Joining other droplets as their ground starts to shake

Tears overflowing my face
My side pressing into the matress
As my soul and body start to ache
