Below our lowest moments and soaring to the highest peaks,
Hearts of fire know that the past can cut so very deep.

Hopefully letting it go so that new memories may last.
Humans will fall but then force their way into getting back up,
Seeing what they want ahead and choosing to see a different version of their cup.
Remembering that their life is in the here and now,
Slipping and falling, but finally reaching and making it to solid ground.
