In the mountains where life seems unreal
The beautiful scenary makes me feel.

Snow on the tops and grass on the slopes
This wonderful sight fills me with hope.

A majestic power for the eyes to see
A feeling so special it spiritualises me.

The highlands are haunted from ancient wars
The highlander sees and feels the scars.

I walk the hills in a heavenly way
A highlander ghost spoke to me today.

Only in the hills and valleys of green
Can the highlander ghost be truly seen.

He told me that here is a place to believe
He said the suffering was hard to concieve.

The mother land heros dwell in the hills
These hills are a blessing, a sight of thrills.
