Prologue

Hi there.
My name is Estefani, but everyone calls me Esty.
I'm a 5"4 brunette, recently diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, on a journey to heal from my past and better myself for the future.
I was abused in every way imaginable by almost every family member, by my neighbors, by my coworkers, and even my boyfriends.
I was raised away from school, education, friends and freedom.
Some people have compared how I was raised to "being a close-knit cult".
I want others to know that they can survive to, even when the light at the end of the tunnel seems so far away that it's not possible to get there.
So welcome to my life.
It may be hard to read, and harder to imagine but...
It is what it is.
