Where do we exist in the Universe and what are the chances we meet?
Taking Chances in Life

Delicate waves of energy,
divide dreams and reality.
We existed in space,
passing as particles of stardust.
Time to reach out to earth with trust.

Who are you really,
behind your cold aloof mask?
Is it the world you can’t bear?
Mystery, intrigue doesn’t perplex.
You will find I don’t scare.

I had a dream last night.
Reaching up, I lifted your mask,
Touched a handsome face.
You crumbled in my hand.
A wind blew all away, left no trace.

A puzzle I cannot solve.
I love a challenge,
A triumph but hard earned win.
Victory will be mine,
So plot, run, hide, a race begins!

We play our perplexing game.
A wrinkle in time it seems.
I am a mystery you see;
One who wishes to taste your world
And I know you desire me.

A promise made holy,
secret torn from destiny’s past.
Hour glass shatters, sand falls free.
Mist clears, our spell broken.
Distant times were calling me.
