Just something I wrote as a teenager.
Dry your eyes, It'll be ok,
Listen to me, hear what I say,
When the world has got you down and beaten,
Then listen to these words, just listen.

So you're stuck, where you don't want to be,
The world's laughing at you, but not me.

To cry or not to cry.

Pick yourself up,
You've got the strength,
Just look inside yourself,
It shines as bright as the sun.

Smile at life, and it'll smile back at you,
Don't think you can't just do it,
To yourself you must be true.

I've been through it all,
Most nights and days I've lived,
It's not that bad,
Live life your own way.

I'm in such a good mood,
I feel like I'll burst,
I don't care what they say, today,
Because I'm loving life in my own way.
