Childcare - solely women's priority over her career, rather than men's.
Childcare - solely women's priority over her career, rather than men's.

Nowadays, we see a positive shift in this trend, where childcare is no more only a women's responsibility. Many men do support in taking care of children by staying at home and allowing women to step out for work. Let us see the positive effects of this new trend.

Raising a child should be the equal responsibility of both the parents. A child needs love, affection, and time from both parents. The unique skills and abilities of both genders help the child's emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.

Nature has gifted the same love and affection instincts for childcare to both genders, but a few people are yet to accept it as the truth and come out of the notion that it should only be a woman's responsibility and priority over other things in her life. Men are not deprived of these emotions, many are yet to explore this side of their individuality.

Women are excelling in all fields, they are good at multi-tasking as any men would do. So with little support from her partner, as she always does for him, she could easily take care of her children, manage the house chores, and balance it with her career growth. Young boys and girls should be taught and raised with a similar mindset, which speaks of no choice of career or field of study that should be limited to a specific gender. More girls should be encouraged to pursue the career of their choice and they should be allowed that space and time to be invested for their career growth.

Childcare duties should be combined efforts from both parents, to raise a child with a beautiful mindset, as we know and say children are the future of the country. Women should be uplifted to chase their career dreams, along with childcare duties, to be a role model for their children.
