In 1979, Pink Floyed released a concept album called "The Wall." The story revolving around this album is based on a character named "Pink" who is driven to insanity by the death of his father. It involves a lot of metaphors regarding mental isolation, drug use, war fascisim, among other situations of a dark nature.
I chose this particular album, because it's what I turn to when I'm feeling out of sorts, or like dust in the wind. There are many views I identify with that are portrayed in this particular album, and it's one of my musical comforts. Like good neighbor, "The Wall" is always there, including the one I've built for myself.
