don't let the world take away your humanity; push through and be kind. help your elderly neighbor with their groceries. keep social distancing. flatten the curve. practice self-care during quarantine. stay inside the house to protect the weak. this is bigger than just one person. do what you can to help, stay optimistic, and spread kindness. love will win.
