Back for the summer in a new small town, you stumble into a strange little shop. |
| You play the role of Jack Richmond, a 19-year-old college student staying at your mother's new house for the summer. You're a rather average sort of fellow - brown eyes and brown hair, moderately athletic build, standing at a respectable 5'10". An interest in all things nerdy compliments your pursuance of a computer science degree, but you still enjoy the odd game of soccer or artistic pursuits of theater. The small town you've moved to, Mallorysville, was named for its founder, Mallory Shae. She must have been some sort of intrepid explorer from the 1800s - and a really successful one at that - based on all the tourist traps and merchandise you've seen around town. You've spent your last few days here exploring the shops and marveling at all the displays and quaint BnBs, but nothing could prepare you for the latest shop you've just stumbled into. Some characters to start with: Ellen Richmond - Your mother. 5'1", 180 lbs, and 43 years old. After having dyed her hair for years, she's opted to go back to her natural auburn, which now hangs down to her shoulders. After Jack's father's mysterious disappearance a few years back, she's been putting on some pounds, but she's still very attractive with a pear-shaped body. She moved recently to a small house in Mallorysville. Caitlyn Richmond - Your little sister. 5'4", 130 lbs, and 17 years old. She's been very upset at having to move to a new town for her senior year of highschool and has mostly been avoiding talking to anyone, preferring to text her friends or listen to the latest punk band she'd discovered in her room. She's pretty fit, having competed in varsity soccer throughout highschool. She has long, auburn hair just like your mother. Hannah Becker - Your blonde next door neighbor. 5'0", 220 lbs, and 21 years old. Hannah's natural charm and bubbliness is incredibly infectious. Though short, her large curves and even larger personality quickly fill the room, and she has visited your house, often unnannounced, many times. She gets along with everyone, even Caitlyn despite herself. She's invited you all over a few times, but your mom has yet to take her up on it. Cleo Shae - A mysterious woman with the same last name as the town's founder. She owns the titular antique shop, Shae's Antiques. Though she appears to be an impressively-bosomed woman in her late thirties with striking red hair, she gives off a very commanding, worldly vibe, almost as though she were considerably older and more well-traveled. Rules: 1. Write coherently. An odd spelling or grammar mistake is no big deal, but try to minimize them 2. Choice chapters are okay, but try to make them a bit more interesting than a single sentence if possible 3. Don't end the story abruptly 4. Please avoid using characters from popular media (videogames, TV, books, etc.). Original characters are more than welcome however! 5. All TF is welcome! TG, WG, AP, AR, etc. Have fun and go crazy! |
