It's a poem written by a teenage girl to her crush, who she hardly even talks to.
YOU
I fell in love first with your voice;
A mellifluous soprano-like tenor.
A euphony of harmonious musical notes,
Culminating into one long, heavily-accented tone.
For me, your voice lived and breathed
And it kept scribbling and doodling,
Strumming and pulling on every one of my heart's strings
Till I knew I had helplessly, hopelessly surrendered the tortured heart
To you

I fell in love again with your eyes
I would've never thought such fire
Could blaze so determinedly in eyes so dark and small
But whenever you spoke of the Lord,
Or your eyes settled on my face, I saw the flames
And the sparks, the passion, the glow
I was glad I could make them come alive so
But I hoped it wasn't only the imaginations of a lonely lovestruck teen
Who had handed over her heart, not once but twice
To you

And when I thought I was in over my head,
I fell in love even more with your smile
A toothy grin I knew was sometimes fake
But it always gave me a dear reassurance
That eventually I'll heal, or that eventually my dreams about us would be real
Or that maybe I'll also one day steal
Someone's heart, as you did mine
Your smile tells me of your kind heart,
And the magnitude of love you are capable of giving
I chide myself everyday for allowing you to infiltrate my heart
And for all the flip-flops and cartwheels I can't stop it from doing
Whenever I set eyes
On you

So I don't know what might happen a year or two from now
I know dreams don't always come true
And I've heard tales that no one ends up with their first love
But I feel you're one of the most beautiful things that ever happened to me
And yours is probably my favourite face in world right now
So I'm writing this for now, archiving it for later
I might never get to tell you how I feel
But let's assume, just for this piece of writing
That you love me too, even half as much
As I do you
