The deterioration or rebuilding of a long lost loving relationship
Couldn't give up on forever.
Though, the line, sounded clever.
Wasted time building credit,
while our love red-lined debit.
Stopped the futile conversations.
Haven't talked,now, for ages.
"Gimmee!" was the way you spoke.
Confessions were the ways I wrote.
Too tempted by your eyes to cry.
Just lulled enough; my heart to dry.
Gave up time,
invested my soul.
Watched your apathy
take its toil.
No fuel to move,
but enough to fire.
Motivate distance,
extrapolate ire.
You said, " come my way!"
and came I did!
Diseased again,
mutual sin.
You gained your rinky on stolen freight;
Mine? Betrayal, fists, and rape.
Daily push back from tears to frown.
My sovereign reign,
my lover's crown.
