Protagonist experiences first ever kiss of his life.. his "Forever kiss"
It was 10 am in the morning when the gleaming rays of sun were pleasantly burning my skin through my diaphanous bed sheet. It was the eve of Deepavali, one of the finest hours to spend with my family with glooming lamps spaced all across the house and bustling sound of crackers enhancing our joy. A graduating engineer without a job is never welcomed at home for any festivals or occasions here in India. I was jobless, and all my friends had a job and I didn’t have a freaking idea what I was going to do with my career. My phone was beeping and it was palpable that Anamika was calling me. With all my might left in me I gathered the phone and attended her call. She invited me to her house in the evening. She had made me an offer which I couldn’t refuse. After all, she was the crush of my life.

Anamika is a very beautiful girl with a unique mermaid charm. Short stature with a sculptured figure, her golden brown skin shined like armour under sun’s oblique rays. She had pitch black hair which plunged over her shoulder. She had big, brown bold eyes and her crescent shaped eyebrows inclined slightly whenever she stared at me. Her velvet eyelashes blinked a rhythmic pace gesturing to invite me over. She had a slender nose and saccharine sweet lips which was blossom soft. Her finger nails were manicured to perfection. She always preferred jeans which revealed her callipygian figure. She had an elegant personality and honey sweet voice.

It was dusk and the sun had positioned itself behind the mountains. All along the streets the lamps were shining. I waited for her in a dark blue shirt and khaki pants. She had locked herself for more than an hour now and my eyes yearned see her magnanimous beauty. The door creaked open and it felt like doors of heaven have finally been opened to me. She had dressed herself in a pink lehenga blended and an orange blouse and she looked like an angel in a half saree. Her hair was gently tucked and frigid part of it hung gently over her forehead. Her face was flawless and those bold eyes were looking even bolder and the eyebrows had just no time to settle. A pair of golden danglers was pierced to her delicate ears. Her saccharine lips were graced up with red lipstick and her ever glowing skin was even more perfect. Her hips were impeccably curved. God must have been showing off when he made her, she was a girl of ecstatic beauty. She would even lure god to take a wrong step, and I was only a human.

She was heading towards the back door to pick some flowers as she entered the doomed subway I caught hold off her hand and with all my might dragged her so close that she could hear my heart racing for her. I held her hip firmly and raised her a little. Before I knew it, my heart had taken control over my senses. I couldn’t resist her beauty. I planted a kiss on her blossom soft lips. She froze in shock as my lips were locked on to hers and it felt there was no key that would unlock them. I could feel her body temperature rising, the warmth of her tongue was driving me crazy; my hands were busy measuring the curvature of her parabolic curved hips. She seemed to gain her senses, she tried to resist but I had glued my lips to hers so strongly, as if she was born for me and her lips were mine to devour. And I kissed her. I kissed her like she was the last bit of chocolate that I would ever taste my lips. She was my only connection to life. After a breathtaking kiss of 5 minutes she finally broke through my grip and stood still trying to recall past 5 minutes of her life. Those glorious 5 minutes that changed everything our lives were until then. My pulse rate was vacillating between the peak values, my heart was filled with joy and pride as if I have achieved zenith of perfection in kissing. I kissing a girl was always an aberration, but I actually did it. I was no more a fridget, I had successfully burnt ten calories.
