A question concerning the relevance of 'established canons' in Literature
Poll Question:
Writing is a tradition; like painting on the eldritch cave walls in savage-ocher handprints. We have forgotten that, in the pursuit of writing contracts and pursuits of established and ossified white male canons. It is about the art and the craft and the sharing of stories--in whatever form that manifests along the evolutionary chain. We have published ourselves into an illiteracy corner--and it shows in society, frankly. Spoon-fed corporate creativity, filtered through a monochromatic prism of liability-mania. And ossified Institutionalized, indoctrination.

"If the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?" (McCarthy, Cormac)

Thoughts? Fears? Feedback? Ideological Insults? Intellectual Dissertations touching upon an eldritch creative subject, one that predates our established, if not cherished, Institutions?
