Gabriella wants everyone to create a folder and create new static items for things, rather than posting things as entries in a book/collection. So you could delete your book/collection item, and then make a folder, and add what you have to it instead.

This is my understanding of the programme:
Your three reviews of other candidates have to be done every month, and posted in "Random Thoughts and Cares" . The three additional items to your port are only three items, between now and next June. That's also the same (I think) with the haikus: just five between now and next June. These, and all other items (like the crossword) you need to post in "Invalid Item"
There's also the "Invalid Item" where the candidates can hang out and ask questions, share concerns, anything really.
You do need to make a Rising Stars Folder in your port, and put anything you complete for the programme in there.
