Writing Task 1 IELTS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to request a change of room, I know this is a big petition to make, but I am looking forward for you to understand my reasons.

I really want to do my best at college, but sometimes, I don't have enough time to study. My roommate is quite a mess, and she always has some friends over, or even worst a party full of people in our small room.

Another reason why my grades are not so good this semester is because she always borrows my books and never returns it back. I think she just gives them away.

I have talked several times with her and explained her, she has to stop inviting so many people over. But she wouldn't listen to me. I hope you can understand me, and could get me a new room. I would prefer it to be a single one, so I wouldn't have roommates problems.
