WORKING AS A FACTORY SUPERVISOR

A manager tells you to do this unscrupulous thing, or that unethical thing casually without the slightest apprehension. Later, maybe minutes or days, they will preach to you about "improvements" that need to be made with the utmost seriousness. "We need to get more from them" the manager says. "This needs to happen" they demand. They are forgetting, or not comprehending, that their past misdeeds and unfocused demands make you view them as if they are a flag in the wind blowing hither and thither by unseen forces that manipulate them at will. This makes them appear inconsistent, incompetent and reactionary. That they lack the skills to make sound decisions and execute them accordingly.
