Using your favorite meatball recipe
(If canning I make them a little bigger than a
Mellon scoop.)
Shape and place balls on a slatted roaster
(this will catch grease)bake in oven at 350
In frying pan(I use an electric pan).
Add a tin of mushroom soup,
Add water to the empty tin and mix in a
gravy pouch. Mix soup and water mixture
in frying pan let simmer 10 min.
Add meatballs and let simmer an additional
10 min.Stir occasionally.
* Please note depending on the amount of
meatballs, you'll have to adjust no. of soup
tins needed
Serve with Potatoes, Rice or pasta
Canning time 20 min.
