All time richest men

Mark Zuckerberg's announcement of his giving away 99% of his wealth (about 48 billion dollars) to charity, really got me wondering. While pondering on this issue, I was compelled to take out time to do a comprehensive study on all time 5 richest men in the world. In doing that, I discovered quite a number of things, these things I also likened to our present age.

The all time 5 richest men in the world were all about giving back, it is noted that they gave quite a large percentage of their wealth to charity (and Mark Zuckerberg has taken in that path) and this in some way increased their wealth.

Again, I found out that no one in our generation can acquire as much wealth as these top 5 all time richest men because the presiding factors of their age and ours is with a large difference. In their time, there was a monopoly of resources, support of patent and abnormal use of labour (hard work with low pay over long hours). But in our day, oligopoly is trending and this has caused low support from patent and also regulates use of labour.
