Contest entry full of Christmas movie titles.
My family and I were staying at the Holiday Inn with The Bishops Wife one Christmas season. It was definetly a Christmas Vacation to remember. Dad dressed like The Santa Claus and acted like Tim Allen too. He was a witty character in that costume. I won't tell you what The Bishops Wife thought of that crazy Elf but I thought he was rather hilarious.
That year was a White Christmas not a rareity here in the frozen tundra though it was especially cold. The other kids got to take a ride on the Polar Express, the kids had a great time, except for me, I was Home Alone with the flu. I could imagine the fun they were having out there. I sat in the hotel room and watched It's a Wonderful Life for the hundredth time.
As I sat there locked on the television screen a strange thing happened, the window flew open and Frosty the Snowman blew into my room! He shifted his pipe from one side to the other in his usual manner and motioned for me to follow him. He took me by the hand and whisked me to the roof where who else was waiting but Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer! I sat upon Rudolfs back and before i could say goodbye to Frosty he took off in a flash! Rudolf flew for what seemed like ages and when he landed it was in The Nativity Story . This was all new to me as my family did not subscribe to such a story. I hopped off of Rudolfs back and wandered up to the manger, there really was a sleeping baby in it. Beside the baby was The Little Drummer Boy
