Eissa Loved Patik

     "We're going to get married" is what Eissa told Patik. “And I’m not going to except anything else from you – but a yes.”

     Patik looked at Eissa. And from the look on her face she meant it. “Of Course, I will marry you.” That’s what he said to her. But what he really wanted to say was “There is no way I would ever marry you. Not even for a billion Credits.”

     Eissa and Patik have known each other since they were in the same classes together at The Learning Center. What Patik didn’t know was that Eissa arranged those classes together so she could get close to him.

     They actually meet a couple of years ago during Summer Vacation. But like most boys of ten he didn’t remember that summer. At least not the romance part of it. Patik remember that summer as being fun – with the other guys. Sure, he spent a lot of time with a female there. But he couldn’t even remember her name.

     Two years later they meet again when Eissa’s moved to Kittleton. One look at Patik and Eissa was in love again. All the memories they had together of that summer can back to her too.

     It wasn’t hard for Eissa to get involved with Patik again. He didn’t look like a wimp. Or act like a wimp. But he was one - around her. Whatever she wanted to do they did.

     Eight years later, and they were getting married. It was the happiest Eissa had ever been. Too bad Patik didn’t feel the same way. But he would marry her. Not only because he said he would, but because of the reason why they had to get married – she was about to have his child.
