About my fiancé (boyfriend at the time written) and my relationship <3 {written 06/02/15}
Your love is like a blanket,
It's a comfort for my soul.
Completely tattered and worn out,
And you make me feel whole.

I've experienced love before,
But nothing quite like this.
You hold me in your warm embrace,
And kiss my fearful lips.

You've seen the ugly sides of me,
And we both know they're bad,
Yet you love me anyway.
You're the best I've ever had.

I know we have our arguments,
From screaming to little tiffs,
But we make up in the end,
Because our love will always exist.

I know that you're broken down,
You claim you can't be loved.
I'm gonna love you anyway,
You're my haven, my stars above.

You mean ever so much to me.
You're my own life and breath.
Some may say I'm ridiculous,
But before you, I craved for death.

You don't mind that I have scars
On my heart, my soul, or skin.
I don't mind your scars either,
We both accept our sins.

I know that no matter what
We'll feel this love forever.
We are just two flawed souls
Seeing the other perfectly, together.
