The Path to Love

     Uion was walking down a path. As he was walking down that path he was also looking up at a cloud in the sky above. “That cloud doesn’t look to good.”

     Along that path, on both sides, there was a row of flowers. And among those flowers was a single daisy. Uion saw that as he was passing it. He picked it up. “That’s unusual this time of year.” Uion looked up and down those rows for another daisy. But he couldn’t find another daisy.

     Suddenly the cloud above Uion opened up. It started to rain. There was no warning, no sprinkles or light rain, it just started raining - hard. Next to the flowers, on both sides, was a row of trees. Uion tried to get into among the trees before the rain started raining. He jumped over the flowers. Careful not hit the flowers he ran into the trees. But he didn’t get in there fast enough – he was soaked to the bone.

     The Rain only lasted about ten minutes. But it was a heavy rain. When it was over Uion returned to the path. Uion once again he jumped over the flowers – carefully. Once back on the path he looked down at the flowers. “I shouldn’t have picked that daisy.”

     Uion continued his walk along that path. As he continued he walk he looked up at the sky. He looked for another cloud. But there wasn’t any. It was nice and sunny now. “Thanks for the shower.”

     At the end of that path Uion suddenly stopped. In front of him was a house. Uion pulled a small box out of his pocket. He opened it. Inside there was a ring. “I can’t give this to you looking like this.”
