Just some thoughts on my goals and to get myself back in the habit of writing.
I did some mediation today while I was burning some sage and decided that I have gotten off track and need to get writing again. I am in the process (or have been in the process of writing my first novel for a couple of years. I even quit my job and went back to school and began writing everyday with the intention of being published by the end of the year. I wasn't but I kept on writing. I wrote for thirty minutes a day everyday. I wrote in my journal and wrote grocery lists. I joined a bunch of writing sites that pay, hoping to find a job that would allow me to excercise my writing and creative abilities everyday. There are tons of them but most of them required experience or a degree. It was like being in the job market all over again. I have been mediating on this book for a while (as I said and) I've done tarot cards about what path to follow on my career and I always get practice, books, and writing. So I joined this site and like my last writing routine, I also fell off the wagon. I decided in the coming weeks that I was going to get back in the habit. So here I am I don't care how bad it is I am going to just sit and type for thirty minutes a day or if I can I'll do more. I know it seems like I'm rambling but I am among other writers on this site, I'm sure there are people that can relate. Any suggestions are always welcome.
