Just another poem

Months have past
but my feelings yet waiver.
I can't shake the feelings
My own personel torture.

I shyed away to try to set distance
But it just made me wince ever harder.
I want to say bye, but can't
I don't want to hear the words bye back.

The time we had went by in a flash
Now each day seems longer,
Longer than all the time we spent together.
I don't know how to make time move.

Moving on is an option
But is not an option I embrace.
The second I try
The guilt builds up.

So now I sit hurt, weakened
and blundering
with words so shallow,
lacking the elegance you deserve.

Happy Valentine's day
Although not with me.
I will be here waiting
Until flesh goes to dust.
