Your life is not infinite, but chores in your long list to worry of can be infinite.
Simplest ways to manage your worry



This thought came to me last night only.

You are born as a baby, you may giggle in your cot.

You throw away any thing given to you. This can include your milk bottle, for instance.Everything is so new to you. You have nothing to worry about.

You start to get older.You get the first taste of a worry, at your first test.

Your life does not end there. You can get the chance to discover more things to worry of, as your life moves on.

You must agree you are the center of your own world.
After all, this is your life. You are your own king.

Many a times, you have chores to worry about.
I also, pass through such moments.

Sometimes, I have a long list to worry of.
It is only natural to get overwhelmed in the moment.

I can tell you how about I race through them.
I do this on a daily basis.

I have got habituated with this approach. I want to tell you about it.

I must admit, I do not like to play with a long list to worry of. I think nobody does.

This long list to worry of, keeps on circling in my head.
It seems like some crows making harsh noises near my head.

My approach:

If possible, I love to take a warm shower.
Then, I sip through a glass of warm tea.
I take my pen and any available small piece of paper.
Next, I jot down all the chores which I can remember, in any order.
I set down to number these in order of priority.
Finishing up,I take another paper and write them by importance.

I, sort of, like an organized and procedural life. Sometimes, this is not possible.

Whenever you have a long list to worry of, I can encourage you to follow my approach.

You see your life is not infinite, but chores in your long list to worry of can be infinite.

You also do not have ample time in your clutches.

There has to be an order, through which, you can approach life. You need an absolute medium. Make room for one.

Whether it is the long list to worry of or a small list, you must be calm when you approach any crisis in your life.

Mark my words, all the above steps are of equal importance.

Apply my approach and reap its success.

After all, you have won a battle with yourself!
