My life so far
Where is that little girl I used to be?
Jumping around or climbing a tree.

Impatiently waiting for Santa,
That’s me.

Where is that teenager in an awkward trend?
Deciding on makeup with money she’ll spend.

Waiting for that kiss
From her first boyfriend.
That’s me.

Where is that bride walking down the aisle?
She sees him in front with a loving smile.

She’s on a cloud,
He loves her you see.
Happy, that’s me.

Where's that young mother?
With her son in her arms.

She created this wonder
With all his sweet charms.
That’s me.

Where is this wife and mother of three?
Busy raising her growing family.

Content with her life.
That’s me.

Where is this woman, a grandmother now.
Their grandpa is gone; A fulfilled marriage vow

"In sickness and health, til death do us part.
She's left with memories; with a broken heart
God took him from me

Where is that woman who's now middle aged?
Once content to be single; now happily engaged.

God’s blessings came two-fold.
Two-fold for me.

Where is that mother who is broken-hearted?
Losing her daughter whose life has departed.

Trying to understand why God took her home.
Tearfully, that’s me.

Here now is this woman, older it’s true.
Her future's uncharted, she hasn't a clue.

This Christmas is special, she’ll make it so.
With ALS, her husband has slowed.

"I’ll make it memorable for him to know
He’s made me happy and I love him so."
That’s me.

Christmas hasn't gone, it comes once-a-year.
To remind us all that Jesus is here.
