October Fun

Nights have grown colder.
Layers piled on. Gloves, hats,
Scarves and winter coats.

Kids so excited,
Already looking for snow.
That's how cold it feels.

Still too warm for snow,
Parents thank the skies, for snow
Is far too much work.

The ride's at its end,
And there are treats aplenty.
As the ride we exit.

Cotton candy and
Apples, candy and carmel
And funnel cake too.

Fun is done. We head
Home. Brush their teeth, off to bed.
Good day had by all.
