Drowning in despair...
Hollow is the thump echoing in my heart

Blackened shadowed barely holding in its own part

Longing for something long forgotten

Plagued with hatred, dead and rotting

Clinging to the thought of your once warm embrace

Knowing it has disappeared without leaving a trace

Dragging and pulling your existence into the dark soil

Leaving only your retched thoughts to fester and boil

Blood still flows thru these veins

Yet it is cold like a frozen rain

The heart beats its icy vengeance

Still plaguing my mind with its existence

Horror holds its own desire

While the emptiness fills higher and higher

Death would be a welcomed serenity

But my soul was promised to you for eternity

Hollow is the thump in my heart

Naked, collapsing, falling apart

Joy, happiness, and blissful play finally forgotten

Filled with despair, sorrow, old and rotting
