Ok! so i have some really really really great news so tonight i walked about 1 hour and 20min wooahhooo i burned 264 calories and i feel amazing minus the soreness lol i took a total of 11,247 steps while on my walking work from am & pm. so all together for today i lost 368 calories. I ate a subway sandwich (chicken breast, on wheat bread :( , light mustard, mayo. I drunk some orange juice as well so i consumed 537 calories today... So now im about to drink a glass of water and go to bed tune in monday for my day 4. I TOOK WEEKENDS OFF!!!! yeah and i weighed my self today and im 223 pounds :)
