So ive done my 50 squats, 20 set ups, 30min walk, 30 second run. My body is a little weak and tired but for the most part i feel good. This morning i drunk a min maid orange juice that was 220 calories.. I've decided to make my intake of calories daily only be 1200 per day. I hope I can keep this going till may 31,2015 well correction i am going to keep this going till may 31, 2015 :) goal weight: 135 current weight: 225. I will weigh my self every two weeks to see the progress.
